Free trial & plan

After signing up and starting the installation, your 7 day free trial will start. This trial will give you the power to test our app on custom domains. If you need more time to setup our app, don't sweat it. Our free plan gives you the ability to test on a staging domain (.webflow.io) for as long as you need.

Paid plans

Once you are ready to go live on a custom domain you can upgrade to one of our paid plans on our billing page. Community posting is only available on pro plans and up. If you setup our app on a custom domain and content gets posted without a subscription, the content won't load on the custom domain until your account is upgraded to a paid subscription. Pageviews & posts

Supersparks offers various plans, each with a specific monthly allowance for pageviews and posts. This allows you to select a plan that best suits your current traffic levels or anticipated usage, ensuring you have the right package for your website's needs.

If you are close to exceeding one of your monthly limits, we will send out a warning email. We will send out another warning email once the monthly threshold is exceeded and offer a 2 day grace period to upgrade your plan. Once the grace period is over, content will stop loading on your websites pages until the next monthly period starts.

Pageviews are only counted on pages where our app loads. Posts are the total amount of comments, reviews, and community posts. Both metrics are counted across all websites using Supersparks.
