If you see an error status for community posts in your Supersparks content dashboard (as shown in the examples below), there are a few potential causes that need to be addressed before you can republish the post and prevent the issue from recurring.
This is our most common error. You may already know that it's impossible to publish individual CMS items in Webflow Designer when staging and custom domains are published separately. The same applies to items created via the Webflow API with tools like Supersparks. As a result, when a user submits a new post, the CMS item gets created but is unable to be published, causing an error in Supersparks and the user not seeing their post. To fix this, simply republish your Webflow site so both custom and staging domains are published simultaneously, as shown below.
Once fixed, you will be able to republish the CMS item users will no longer encounter this error.
