How can I add or adapt categories / topics for my community

If you want to reference posts toanother CMS collection to more effectively organize posts into different categories / topics, we offer an extra feature to enable this. This is useful creating individual pages for each category / collection (via collection template page) and listing every post relevant to each category / topic.

Your community memberswill be able to choose the category / topic while creating their community post. Our app will then automatically connect the relevant category / cms item into the post's reference field.

Check out the tutorial below for implementing this. ⚠️ Make sure the values in the new post form's select input are identical to the slugs in your reference collection - otherwise, this feature will not work.
